Strengthening the bond between UNL and parents

UNL PARENTS ASSOCIATION GRANT REQUESTS

Applications Accepted: October 1 - November 20.
The UNL Parents Association grants help to fund UNL Parents Association activities/events and University Department/Organization small grants. The funds to support the grants are raised by the UNL Parents Association during raffle events and donations from parents. Grant requests may be funded in full or in part. Please understand that funds are limited and not all requests may be funded. Award notices will be sent out by February 15.

OUR MISSION

Incorporated on May 18, 1987, the mission of the UNL Parents Association is:

  • To strengthen the bond between the University of Nebraska and parents by encouraging communications in both directions
  • To support activities designed to enhance students' educational experience
  • To keep parents informed about the University, its background, present programs, and future plans
  • To promote the advancement of the University by strengthening it at all levels

The UNL Parents Association is a 501 (c) (4) non-profit organization and is exempt from income tax but not from sales tax.
